The Marketing and Investment Committee of the Sharjah International Marine Club held its first meeting headed by Ahmed Obaid Al Qaseer, Vice Chairman of the Club’s Board of Directors, Chairman of the Committee, and in the presence of all its members, namely: Amjad Ali Fadil and Maryam Al Rand, in addition to the presence of Mohammad Al Kamali, member of the club’s board of directors and head of the Digital Communication and Media Committee. Digital, Ahmed Al Hosani, Executive Director of the club, and Samia Dakhane.
At the beginning of the meeting, Ahmed Obaid Al Qaseer, Chairman of the Committee, was keen to thank Khalid Jassim Al Midfa, Chairman of the Club’s Board of Directors, for his confidence in choosing and approving the formation of the committee that the Board of Directors holds with great hopes in investing the capabilities  of the club to achieve additional sources of income through sponsorships and partnerships with the various state institutions, and Al Qaseer  promised to make efforts, along with his colleagues, to achieve all the set goals.
After that, the meeting discussed a number of important marketing topics and ideas, foremost of which is the discussion of the importance of marketing to all tournaments, competitions and events organized by the club throughout the season in the various distinctive marine sites, in the various cities of the emirate, and working to promote the Emirate of Sharjah, highlighting its commercial and tourism potentials and capabilities through the various competitions organized by the club, setting up a marketing plan for the club that ensures the exploitation of its potentials to achieve the best material and commercial return, developing marketing and media plans for the academies of the club in coordination with the club’s communication and digital media committee, and preparing for marketing the club’s training academy in a manner that guarantees financial returns.
