Sharjah: The Sharjah International Marine Sports Club organizes this afternoon in Sharjah, the 30-foot heritage rowing race, which the club used to organize annually as part of the activities of the Sharjah Heritage Nights, and the event organizing committee decided to launch the competitions in front of the Flag Island in Khalid Lake towards the open sea in the heritage area of Sharjah. It is expected that the race will witness wide participation, exceeding the size of last year’s participation, which reached 20 boats. As usual, the Board of Directors of the Sharjah International Marine Sports Club monitored all the possibilities available to make the event successful and enjoyable and achieve its goals for which it was organized, including the return of the current generation of sea lovers and lovers to the memory of parents and grandparents who loved and coexisted on the sea through their sailing boats and others
