The Sharjah International Marine Sports Club organized an open meeting “remotely” through virtual reality, which brought together Khalid Jassim Al Midfa, Chairman of the Club’s Board of Directors, members of the Board of Directors, and all members of the working committees, as well as the club’s executive administrative staff.
The meeting aimed at rapprochement and acquaintance between the Council and its committees, and to put forward ideas and explore views on how to reach the desired goals that fit the size of the ambition set by the Sharjah government, and which are commensurate with the aspirations of the Sharjah Sports Council, especially in light of the selection of a distinct constellation of members in the various committees, possessing high experience in many fields.
Al Midfa affirmed his great confidence in all members of the committees and in their ability to perform the distinguished and successful performance of the club during the next stage of the Council’s life, promising to provide all available capabilities to reach the achievement of all desired goals.
The club’s board chairman was keen to commend the enthusiasm of the members of the new club’s council, which was formed two months ago, and their desire to fulfill all hopes and serve the expanding and diverse marine sports sector in all its sectors and categories at the level of the Emirate of Sharjah.
Al Midfa also praised the outstanding performance of the executive management in the club, led by Ahmed Al Hosani, the Executive Director, who is dedicated to carrying out his duties with success and distinction, for the sake of the success of the work system in the club as a whole.
The heads of the committees affirmed their determination to the success of their mission by working and striving to provide the best possible performance, in order to bring the club and all its activities to the level that befits its name and position and the size of the support allocated to it by the government of Sharjah.
The meeting included members of the club’s board of directors who take over the chairmanship of the working committees and they are: Khalid Jassim Al Midfa, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Finance and Administration Affairs Committee, Ahmed Obaid Al Qaseer, Vice Chairman of the Council, Chairman of the Marketing and Investment Committee, Hamid Khalfan Al Kindi, Chairman of the Strategy and Institutional Excellence Committee, Mohammad Ahmad Al Kamali, Chairman of the Digital Communication and Media Committee, Fahd Ahmed Al Khumairi, Chairman of the Licensing and Maritime Safety Committee, and Hayat Mal Allah Al Ali, Chairman of the Cultural and Community Sports Activities Committee, Hassan Mohammad Al Zaabi, Chairman of the Boating, Jet Ski and Motor Sports Committee, Hamid Ali Al Muhairi, Chairman of the Sailing and Modern Rowing Committee, and Abdullah Al Salami, Chairman of the Fishing and Heritage Sports Committee.
