Sharjah Swimming Championship concluded activates on Monday in Al Khan Lake in Sharjah, first of
its kind in the emirate, which was organised by the Sharjah International Marine Sports Club over the course of a
whole month on the shores of four different cities in the Emirate of Sharjah, with the participation of more than
400 male and female players of various categories.
The fourth and final round competitions were held in the presence of Mohammed Al Kamali, Board Member of
Sharjah International Marine Sports Club, and Ahmed Al Hosani, Director General of the Club, who crowned the
winners and holders of the first places.
Mohammed Al Kamali said that the Sharjah Swimming Championship had a lot of competition between
swimmers in different age groups, pointing out that the establishment of this tournament came from the
keenness of the Sharjah International Marine Sports Club to hone the skills of swimmers and seek to contribute
to the dissemination of swimming among different groups of society.
